Blended internship program

Our blended internship program allows you to gain invaluable international experience and develop your professional skills for up to 12 weeks, but without the obstacles associated with living abroad for a long period. This unique program is comprised of a 4 week in-person internship abroad that you continue remotely with the same company from anywhere in the world. This is the ideal program if you're seeking cultural immersion whilst boosting your CV, but require more accessibility and flexibility.
How does it work?
You'll start your internship by getting settled in your host city, meeting your colleagues, and diving into your projects. This immersive experience will allow you to:

After the initial 4 weeks in-person, you'll have the flexibility to complete the remainder of your internship at the same company (2 - 8 weeks) remotely from anywhere. This gives you the freedom to:

Choose where you work from - home, a coworking space, or a coffee shop.

Community & culture
The initial 4 weeks in your host city won't just be about work. We'll organize exciting cultural events and meet-ups, giving you the chance to connect with your fellow interns from all over the world. You'll build lasting friendships, broaden your horizons, and experience the unique energy of living in a new place.
During the remote part of this program, you'll have the chance to connect with a global network from 150+ countries via interactive online events.
