Academic credit
If your university allows students to earn academic credit from internships, we can work with you to meet these requirements. There are two ways to earn academic credit: through your home institution or through our School of Record, Florida A&M University. Credit for internships varies from school to school. Check with your academic adviser, education abroad office, or campus internship adviser to see which path is best for you.

Applying for our programs is quick and easy. Click the 'apply now' button anywhere on our website and fill out the application form. Generally, it is simpler and more common to earn credit from your own institution. However, you should work together with your academic advisor to answer this question, based on your school’s requirements, your own preferences, and the dates, details, and costs of each option.

The number of credit hours depends on the length of your internship placement. Each 40 hour week of your internship program equates to 1 credit, subject to a minimum of 3 credits and a maximum of 12 credits.
